This chrome plated Olympic curl bar features knurl grips for an improved gripping experience for users to perform free weighted barbell workouts such as deadlifts, curls, squats and more. The curl bar fits only Olympic weight plates, and comes with 2 screw lock collars, which improves safety and handling.
